Double room available

I have a furnished double room to sub-let in a lovely small terraced house that I have furnished. There is free street parking and a small yard with room for a bike at the back.

I'm easy going and enjoy socialising but am not a massive party animal and am looking for a friend as well as a housemate, who enjoys a glass of wine and a chat after work.
I'm a Doctor and work long hours with shift work so like my house to be relaxed when I am home but love to eat out, cocktails and a dance when I can!
At the moment I'd like to consider short term lets as I have not rented the room before but open to longer lets if it works for both of us.
