Communal grounds. Private car park. Rural walks, shops and bustop nearby. 5 minute walk from York University, Heslington. Live-in-owner cleans communal areas and launders bedding and towels provided. Suit mature, considerate and responsible lady, needing private and homely accommodation for short term. Monday to Friday only. (Electric cost is shared depends how much you use, usually between £5 and 15 per week.) Please note this is not a student house and there is no washing machine for guest use.
