The new tenant needs to pay the whole amount upfront (Deposit + 16 weeks (4 months)) because I have prepaid the entire rent. This translates to

The apartment is new, modern, fully furnished and very spacious. It is very warm, quiet (in a good neighbourhood), and comes with its own parking lot + bike shed.

The en-sute (shower) room:
Spacious room with double bed, big wall wardrobe, bedside table with lamp and chest drawers. The desk and the chair do not come with the house but I am willing to negotiate a price for them.

The living room + kitchen:
Open floor plan fully furnished, two couches, three small tables, one dining table with 4 chairs, dishwasher, washing machine + tumble dryer.

The current tenant is a PhD student in his write-up year, sociable, quiet and conscientious about space. Ideally looking for another postgraduate student to share with.
