We live in a quiet cul de sac which is in Acomb (west of York - about 25 min walk to town), it is close to amenities and bus stops (which go to town and university). It is within 25 min cycling distance of the university and has regular buses into town nearby. The current tenant of the single room is due to move out shortly. It is a chilled but quiet house and we are easy going. I have a 3 year old cocker spaniel, so must be someone who likes animals. I like chilling watching tv after work. Please get in touch if interested and you are welcome to come and have a look before. I put smokers allowed but not allowed to smoke in the house.
