We are pleased to offer unfurnished double rooms in this fabulous property for £290 per calendar month including gas, water, electricity and council tax.

This property is situated on Tang Hall Lane, close to local shops and Hull Road. The property is well maintained, close to town and offers easy access to local bus routes and the A64 via A1079.

There are 5 bedrooms, with one shared bathroom, a shared kitchen/dining area/ and a conservatory. There is a driveway that will fit a few vehicles on, as well as off-street parking outside the house and in a seperate side-street (no permits required). The communal garden is available for all Guardians to enjoy. Internet installation is allowed, but is not provided in the monthly cost by ourselves.
