Room to let in Heworth

I'm looking for somebody to replace me in a friendly houseshare in Heworth. It's a nice double room with lots of storage space and new furniture. The house has a nicely decorated kitchen with a washer dryer, a living room, a spare double bedroom, front and back gardens and a driveway. It is on a quiet road in walking distance of the local shops.

The current housemates are a young professional, PhD student and masters student so we are looking for a professional to even the balance. Ideally looking for someone easy going, able to get on with people and relatively neat and tidy.

The landlord is pretty cool and has said there is scope to paint/decorate the bedroom.

I really like this house and am sad to be leaving! I hope you like it too.
