Good sized double room available in a quiet house with flatmates who enjoy going out and having fun at weekends. We enjoy doing activities as a house such as going out for meals, trips away or having a night in with a bottle of wine.

We are looking for a professional who is easy going, enjoys having a good time and will fit well into a house of hardworking professionals.

The house is in a great location just a 5 minute walk from York station, 10 minute walk from the center of town and right opposite the Reel cinema and sainsbury's convenience store. The York race course is just 10 minutes away.

The house has just been recently renovated is fully furnished with a large TV, Washer Dryer and a large paved area outside great for barbecues in the summer. We also have a lovely and efficient landlord.
