Lovely 2-bed house within 1 mile of York centre

Just nearing completion on this house and thought I'd start promoting it ready for when I get the keys :)

The reason the maximum period is down as 8 months is because we intend to build an extension onto the property late Autumn. However, we could negotiate something on a reduced rent basis if you want to stay while the work is being done?

I an email you the property details if you are interested with lots of images on. They show part-furnished but that will all be cleared out and we'll give the whole place a deep clean before you move in.

Note there aren't any appliances apart from hob and oven, so you'd have to sort those out. There is, however, a new boiler.
