we have a single room in a 4 bedroom house near to the racecourse and York College. There are regular buses to just about anywhere and there is a beautiful off road cycle path around the racecourse and on to town. We are a family of 4 with two children who are 14 years old and spend more time out than in. When home, we are friendly always willing to help out with things as well as keen to make people feel at home. We will accept £325 p. month with all bills included and free broadband internet.
