Double room to rent in an end terrace near town

Hi! Last year I bought my first house, and would now like someone to share it with.

Here are a few things to list about the house -

- End of terrace (single neighbour, side access to house)
- 5 minutes walk from York City centre
- Quiet area tucked away
- Free on-street parking
- Bedroom is unfurnished but can be furnished with the basics if required (i. e. bed, drawers, lamps etc)
- Built in wardrobe already provided
- Recently installed kitchen
- All bills included (gas, electric, water, council tax, broadband etc)

I'm a 27 year old male currently working for a small tech firm, so I can get quite busy during the week. Ideal housemate would be someone who works normal-ish hours (i. e. not nightshifts), whether that's a student or professional, I don't mind! Housemate needs to be fairly tidy too, although might consider going halves on a cleaner if that works :)

I'm a fairly laid back guy. While I sometimes work long hours during the week, I do like to go out and enjoy myself on a weekend. Always up for meeting new people too!
