2 rooms available in 4 room student house

My housemate and I are moving out of our current house so 2 rooms (one a double room) will be available to rent on Constantine Avenue from mid-to-late January 2015. Rent includes internet and water bills, good location near co-op supermarket, post office, a bakery, boots pharmacy and numerous takeaways. Within walking distance of the university, there is also a number 6 bus stop to town and the campus just behind the house. Currently there are two other housemates; one boy and one girl, both lovely. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower/bath, a good-sized kitchen and a large living room with a 50" TV. There is also a bike shed in the garden.
