Large Double Bedroom & Ensuite in Upper Poppleton

In our large semi detached house in Upper Poppleton we have a large double bedroom and ensuite in our lovely attic conversion - a floor and bathroom all to yourself.

The room is large, nicely furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Ensuite bathroom includes toilet sink and shower (bath in main bathroom).

Wireless fibre optic broadband in the house as well as Sky TV in the living room. Shared access to all communal areas - garage, shed, lounge, dining room, garden room etc.

All bills are included in the monthly rent.

We are a young(ish) professional couple both work full time. We have two children (Oscar who is 4 and Robyn, 1) and 3 cats. We are a friendly, easy going and generally quiet family. We like to keep a tidy house, though the children sometimes have other ideas!

We are looking for someone who is friendly and respectful, but as we lead a busy life someone who is also happy in their own company would be beneficial. As we have a young family the room wouldn't be suitable for regular party-goers or for people looking to invite lots of friends around - of course occasionally is fine though :-)!

We are happy with short term tenants.

The house is around a 5 minute walk to Poppleton train station, with regular buses into York and easy access to A64 / A59 / A19 via ring road.
