I have a 4 bedroom student house for rent. All bedrooms are a good size with double beds and tv point in all rooms. Bathrooms are on first floor, living room and fully equipped kitchen. Gas central heating with a yard at the rear with bike storage. On street parking. University 5 minutes away, supermarket at end of road and town 20 minutes walk. Bus service at end of road. The smallest bedroom has a single bed in (as requested by the tenant) but we do have a double for this room.
