I have a double room available to let in my house. This is the family home for myself and my 2 daughters. We have a 4 bedded town-house very close to York college. Your bedroom is my elder daughter's bedroom who is currently away at university. It is on the 3rd floor. It comes with a shared bathroom situated on the second floor.

This room is large enough to accommodate extra personal pieces of furniture as it comes furnished.

You will share with us use of our Lounge and kitchen situated on the 1st floor and the main bathroom situated on the second floor. Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the house

To be considered I would expect you to be staying for a fairly short period of up to 3 months although longer term may be considered. If you like plenty of space to yourself this room would be most ideal.

Ease access into town and the rail-station via Park and Ride bus #3 available every 10 minutes and direct University of York access via Coastliner bus #844 as well as connection on the #4 bus. 20 minutes drive to the university of York. Ease access to A64 for Leeds/Scarborough
