Double room available, Trafalgar Street.

I am looking for someone to take over my room until the end of July 2015, the house is 2 bedrooms with 2 reception rooms, kitchen and bathroom downstairs. The room is a double at the front of the house and is a very good size. The room available has a large desk, a built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The kitchen picture is of the old kitchen before it was completely refurbished, but here you can see the size. Rent is £304 per month, bills are £23 per month and council tax £54 although I’m sure the last payment for that is February. I am looking for either a student or young professional as we kept the house after our last year of university, we were both mature students and now work full time.

The house is in a very desirable location in South Bank, a 5 minute walk from the popular Bishopthorpe Road shops, and 15-20 minutes from town. There are also two corner shops close by, takeaways, and two pubs.
