We are three students (two males, one female)looking for a potential flatmate for 2015/2016 from the University of York. House is situated along Hull Road with bus routes into town close by and only a 30 minute walk to Main campus and Heslington East campus. House is a very nice property run by Sinclair, only £74 per week including broadband as well as a £200 deposit. Free contents insurance and flat screen T. V. are included. Room available is a double. We are friendly open individuals who are looking to replace our friend who cannot be here next year. We are happy to get to know someone before a decision is made, there is no rush to sign.
