Furnished fouble room to rent in city centre apt

My housemate is moving to Australia, instead of moving out I'd like to rent her room. Available straight away.

Its a lovely large apartment in Olympian court, just outside the walls of york. Its fully furnished to a high standard. It also comes with parking.

I'd like to share with someone of similar age and interests. I'm 23, like socialising, the gym and a good glass of wine whilst watching a film.
