Double Furnished Room - Holgate

Hi,

I have a double room to rent in my ground floor flat, West Bank, Holgate.

It is about a 40 minute walk into town, regular bus service right outside. On street parking available.

I am looking for a female professional to occupy my spare bedroom. Room comes with double bed, large chest of drawers and a small wardrobe. New aerial point has been fitted for a TV.

£100 per week will include all bills and utilities.

Wifi and Virgin TV in the front room which is welcome to be utilised as I don't sit and watch much TV.

Due to a previous lodger leaving me in the lurch I would require a full months rent as a deposit (£400).

I have two cats so MUST like animals.
