This set of apartments are stunning and some of the best accommodation students can get at either university in York as it stands.

I'm looking for an individual to take upon my contract after my graduation in around mid June.

It does not matter if you are not a student, but I'd like to advocate a potential candidate to be a student (18-30ish) to blend in nicely with our flat demography. Therefore, if you are looking for stay throughout the Summer because you are a masters / PhD student, or have an internship, you are probably an excellent candidate.

International students are very welcome - the Boulevard does traditionally cater well to the prominent international student base at York.

As it stands, the flat has 2 females and 4 males, all roughly nearing the end of their time at the University - a few are master degree students, and several including myself 3rd years.
