I have a fully furnished room in my home to rent, available from January. It is a bright, clean, newly decorated room with a double bed and plenty of storage including a large wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The house is a semi detached in a very quiet cul-de-sac in the Fulford area, close to the city centre, York University and the A64/A1/M62. There is off road parking available and the area is extremely safe.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, bathroom with power shower and plenty of storage in the garage and loft space. There is a washing machine, Internet and Sky tv.

I am looking to rent the room to a respectful professional person who is clean and tidy, who will appreciate a lovely home and having a good sense of humour is essential.

There is a really large garden to the rear of the house, which is great for summer evenings and relaxing after work. The house is very quiet as I am out quite a lot, either at work or at the gym. During the holidays my daughter is home from Uni.

All bills are included in the rent.
