Lovely house near York centre

It is a really gorgeous old house with lots of character near the centre of York. Very close to the station and town, and a bike ride to the university. Has a really nice dining room, living room and kitchen, all of which are fully furnished. There is a bathroom with a bath and shower and toilet. There is also a little patio outside which has some garden furniture.

There will be 3 postgraduate students living in the house and we're looking for one more person - preferably another postgrad. We are a nice sociable bunch who enjoy doing things together, but also respect everyone’s space. And make sure that the house is also somewhere work can be done.

The room is on the top floor, with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and cupboards.
