House share with one professional female (owner of the property). Very clean, tidy, quiet house. Close to the University of York and on good bus routes into town and to York Hospital. Shared lounge, kitchen, dining room and a refurbished bathroom. Lovely sunny back garden. You can expect a very clean, tidy, quiet house and ideally looking for a quiet, respectful peron. Female preferred, overnight guests are not permitted. Sometimes my mum's dog comes to stay so my lodger must be ok with dogs.
