Large Double Room in Holgate

Ruairi (pronounced Rory) and I (Michelle) have a lovely, large bright house we'd like to share with another person.

We are both 28yrs old and are working professionals, working in Leeds and York. We are friendly and sociable and like to read, watch films, go down to the local pub and enjoy cooking. We are looking for someone to socialise with but we'll also respect each other's space.

The House:
We have off street parking and enclosed south facing garden (perfect for up and coming BBQs). The room will have virtually sole use of the main bathroom as there are two bathrooms and a separate toilet downstairs. The bedroom can either be part furnished or unfurnished.

There is a washing machine, dryer, broadband and a
smart TV. All bills are included (excluding the landline).
