Single room available in a clean, tidy house

I have a single room available in my house available now which currently shared by 3 males aged 24-31.

The house has recently been redecorated and furnished to a high standard (see pics). Everything in the house is brand new.

Single Room:

Comes with an ottoman bed (underneath storage) and double wardrobe.

Rest of House:

The rest of the house has all the mod cons you'd expect, here's a list of amenities:

- Power shower in the bathroom
- Separate downstairs wc
- Unlimited high speed broadband
- In kitchen: Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Chest Freezer, Large Fridge, Gas Oven / Hob, Large table + chairs
- Living Room: 49" 4k TV, Satellite Tv, Xbox/Ps3

There is a grassed garden at the front of the house and a drive at the back. Plenty of street parking available.

There is a bus stop literally over the road which runs the number 4 bus (to town and university) buses run every 15 minutes or so. Very ideal!

Myself & current housemates:

I am a 29 yr old Civil Engineer working at Clifton Moor and my other housemates are a 31 yr old hotel manager and 24 yr old who works for an auditing company. We are all sociable, easy going and easy to get along with. We have varied interests and don't say no to a drink every now and again. We are all tidy, clean, quiet and have respect for each other's space. We expect that the new housemate will be the same.

What the monthly rent includes and doesn't include:

Rental of the single room
All bills included
Cook & Clean for yourself
Does not include food/laundry materials/bedding/personal use of the landline phone.
