We are a family of 4, with two young, well-behaved girls (aged 8 and 10). We have a spacious, 5 bedroom property, with a large garden, in Heworth, on the outskirts of York. The house is 2 miles from the city centre and just over a mile from the University of York.
Apart from the double bedroom, you would have almost exclusive use of the bathroom adjacent to the bedroom and of one of the living rooms.
We are in a quiet cul-de-sac and have ample parking space on our drive.
We are willing to take a couple for a rent of £150 pounds per week.
