Furnished double and single room in prime area

This house would suit a postgraduate/postdoct/young professional who wants a friendly, clean home. The current housemates are a postdoctoral fellow and a PhD student at the University of York.

I have put a minimum age limit of 25, although anyone who is considerate about using the space is welcome. It is not suitable for anyone wanting to work from home.

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac just off Fulford road, with excellent connections to ring road, city centre, local parks and gyms, York College and University of York. The house is conveniently located close to the river path, great for cycling or walking. Street parking outside house, and area extremely safe.

There is a large shared living room, newly fitted kitchen and bathroom, and a secure back yard and locked shed for cycle storage.
