I have an attractive double ensuite room in well maintained house in a secluded position in the conversation area of the village. Very good shop, pub and plenty of great country walks round and about. Ample secure parking and secluded south facing garden with patio. The village is ideally located for easy access to all the major employment centres including Leeds, local railway station also nearby. The property has two other bedrooms, house bathroom, and shared living area.
Ideally I would prefer a Monday/Friday let but would very seriously consider full time for the right person.
