It's a small gorgeous terraced house in location South bank York just near the race course. I have a double room available with beautiful wooden floors. The house is part furnished, but your room will be completely unfurnished. The house is decorated beautifully throughout and we have an upstairs bathroom.
I am looking for a professional who likes cooking, is sociable and will pay their rent on time and treat the house like their home.
I work near the University 08.30 - 5.30. I occasionally work late and sometimes weekends. I love cooking, music and spending time with friends.
