2 Great Double Rooms

I have two double rooms available. One is available from 6 February and the other is available from 25 February.

I would also consider short term lets at £120 per week per room.

The house is located just 10 minutes walk from the city centre, York District Hospital is about 5 mins walk away, York St John Uni is less than a 10 min walk away.

The house is Victorian and is located in a quiet one way street and there is on street permit parking. There is a walled south facing garden to the rear of the property.

The rent includes the utility bills plus wifi. The other members of the house are working professionals. There is no living room but a kitchen diner to eat and socialise.
