Double room available in 2 bedroom flat in centre of York near the train station. Tenancy agreement has been signed and move in date is mid-March. Master bedroom has ensuite so person in the double bedroom will have access to the main bathroom. Rent includes water then other bills are additional. Double room is part-furnished with double mattress and chest of drawers if wanted. Flat is offered unfurnished so pictures are from the current tenants.
