It is a three bedroomed property with two double rooms (one en-suite) and a single room. The landlady (friendly but busy getting on with her own life) lives in an adjoining flat with a separate entrance.
The room is furnished with single bed, desk, chest of drawers, wardrobe etc and there is extra storage space and bookshelves on the landing outside the room.
The house has a large kitchen and sitting/dining room. The kitchen is well equipped with range style cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. The communal bathroom has a shower and bath and is shared with one other occupant. Wifi is available in all rooms and there is a flat screen tv in the sitting room. There is also a wooden bike store available for use.
