There is a kitchenette on the ground floor. It is for lodgers only, shared by no more than two persons. There is a bistro table, two chairs, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a washing machine and a small electric hob there. It is a very small place but offers lodgers quite a lot of privacy.
- The house
The house is located in a quiet part of York (YO24 ), close to Foxwood shops about 20 mins away from York train station (bus 1 or bus 4). It is extremely clean and quiet, and currently occupied by a very busy academic and two students.
- The rent
The rent includes all bills. The room, bathroom, and kitchenette are cleaned every two weeks (included in the rent).
