Street off car parking available, which is kind of private, very easy access to the main roads (Fulford and Hull Roads) and the city centre is just a 5 min walk.

Nearby supermarkets are Waitrose, Morrisons (less than 10 min walking distance) and other convenience stores are close by.

We are looking preferable for female tenants, either postgraduate students or professionals, who are clean and respectful.
