Hi my name is Pat and I am a live in landlord with my dog Oscar. We are both fully house trained!!

My home is a 15 minute walk to the city centre passing York Railway Museum and the railway station on the way.

I ask that there are no over night visitors due to a bad experience.

So if you are still reading this...
My rooms consist of a single bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk and a chair in both rooms.

I can provide all bedding if required at an extra cost.
I have 1 parking permit available.

I have had students staying with me for over 5 years and really enjoying meeting people but also know when to give them their own space.
