The house is in a very convenient location, 20 minute walk into centre of York and 2 minutes walk to the University. Loads of takeaways, supermarkets etc. within a few minutes walk. It is a ten minute walk to the David Lloyd gym club.

There is a large shared lounge, conservatory, new upstairs bathroom, additional downstairs toilet, large kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher and pleasant garden, on and off street parking. The single bedroom is about 9 feet by 8 feet and has a single bed, very large wardrobe and cupboards. There is a fortnightly cleaner and gardener.

The rent is £375.00 per calendar month which includes all bills, council tax, fuel, TV licence, internet etc. One month let or part of only.
