We are looking for an easy going student housemate for the next academic year (2016/2017). There are currently 6 of us, 3 girls 3 guys who will all be in second year, and we are after a 7th housemate.
We currently all study at York Uni which is a 35 min walk away from our house or a 15 min walk away from York St John Uni. We are situated very close to town, only 20 mins walk away from the Minster.
All bills are included in the rent, we are advertising a single room on the 2nd floor (house has 3 floors). Due to being a single room we are prepared to discuss small discount in rent in accordance to other housemates.
