Small single room with a private bathroom

Hello,

I have a fully furnished single room available from September 9th.

There is a single bed, a big wardrobe, a TV, a desk and a chair in the room. There is a small private bathroom opposite the room. There is also a kitchenette next to the room. The kitchenette is for tenants only (shared by no more than two people). There is a bistro table, two chairs, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a washing machine and a small electric hob there.

The house is located in a quiet part of York, close to Foxwood shops about 20 mins away from York train station (bus 1 or bus 4). The house is very clean and quiet, and currently occupied by two busy professionals.

The rent includes all bills. The room, bathroom and kitchenette are cleaned once a week (included in the rent). Bedding and kitchen utensils are provided (included in the rent).
