The rent is £500..00 per calendar month which includes all bills, council tax, power, water, tv licence, internet etc, and a two weekly cleaner to clean any bits you may have missed in the communal areas!!

The house is in the most popular part of York, close to York city centre, parks, river, station, excellent range of shops etc. It is ideal for the University with an easy bicycle ride or walk over the Millenium Bridge which is close by.

We are looking for a friendly, definitely non smoking individual to share with three friendly people.
