Accommodation comprises, shared kitchen/diner, 4 individual bedrooms (2 double, 2 single), 2 bathrooms with showers, off street parking for 2 cars and large rear garden with apple tree (free apples September/October!).
The new kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine with integral dryer, large fridge/freezer, microwave, and built in oven and electric hob.
The property has gas central heating and is double glazed.
