My housemate is moving at the end of October, so I am looking for someone to rent the room and share the apartment with. Female preferred. The rent is £375 pm, with the bills, totals approx. £500 pm.

The location is great, very close to the city centre. The apartment has been looked after and in good condition. Lovely and spacious kitchen and living room and shared bathroom.

It comes furnished but if you have some of your own items to bring, we can make room. There is plenty of space. The furniture in the bedroom can be removed if you don't want it.

There is a locked bike shed and underground parking.
