Double rooms to let in a shared house in Fulford

We have two empty rooms to let in a great big house on Howard Street (in Fulford).

We are offering one spacious ground floor room with a bay window (it catches loads of sun and is a lovely space to work in) and one massive attic room that takes up the entire top floor of the house, with a big attic bay window space and loads of storage (you can choose your favourite). Both rooms cost £295 per month plus bills (which are about £40). There is a deposit of one month's rent, but no agency fees or hidden costs.

The house is 20 minutes walk from uni and 15 minutes from the centre of town. You will be living with one final year PhD student and one recently completed PhD (we are very nice). This would be ideal for other postgraduate students.
