Foss Studios is a brand new (September 2015) development of 220 studios Rent includes all bills.

The studios are spread between 3 blocks; Block A is to the front of the development closest to Lawrence Street and is where the Reception and Social Space are located, Block B is in the middle and houses the Laundry, and Block C is to the rear of the development. There is plenty of secure cycle storage behind each block, and lots of green outdoor space to enjoy. Foss Studios has also been built with the environment in mind, with solar panels powering the plant room, rain water used to flush the toilets and heating that switches off automatically when the window is opened.
Every studio has double bed, own kitchen comprising of fridge, conventional microwave oven, sink, shower, wardrobes, single sofa and desk space.
