Housemate Wanted

six bedroom house, all double rooms, 2 bathrooms, garden, kitchen, utility and living room. 15 minute walk to uni of York, 5 mins to nearest bus stop and shops.
5 girls all will be going into second year and we need an extra girl because one dropped out of uni, all at the uni of York.
£60 booking fee and £300 deposit, then £92 a week + bills.
rent has to be paid in 4 instalments, first one due 4th July 2017.
