Double room in shared house - student only

I have had to take a leave of absence from Uni and therefore, my room is available until beginning of July. It is a very modern property with two bathrooms and two separate toilets. It has a dishwasher, tv, tumble dryer, lounge, kitchen, garage and garden. It is a 15 minute walk to Uni and only 15 minutes walk to the City centre. The existing tenants are in their second year doing various subjects. The room is available immediately and viewing can be arranged asap.
