Double Bedroom for Young Professional

My name is Alex and I've decided to move out of my room at 50 St John Street. We are looking for someone to move in and replace me to live with my three housemates, who are all female. It is a double room on the top floor and comes unfurnished, however if you don't have a bed we may be able to help! I plan to take my bed as it is very new, as well as my desk. I will not be taking the chest of drawers, though if you would rather not have it then I am happy to take it away for you.

We are looking ideally for someone in a similar age range to us (25-35 or so), and someone who is also a young professional so that the council tax is still split between 4. We're a friendly bunch and there is a relaxed atmosphere in the house.

There are 2 bathrooms, with the main one having a shower (which is a very nice electric shower and was only just installed!). The kitchen is a galley kitchen, and while it can be a bit of a squeeze it's very nice and is fully stocked.

We have a washing machine for laundry as well as a dishwasher, and an outlandishly large toaster. The oven is electric and comes with an overhead extractor fan and light, and has served us well with no problems.

As for internet, we have a broadband connection which according to speed test rates at 10.72 Mbps down and 1.04 Mbps up. I watch a lot of Netflix and play a lot of games and it has always been fast enough to suit my needs as a heavy user.

Having been here for some years, I can attest that the neighbors are very friendly and there is a good community spirit on the street.

The room is in need of some repair as there was a leak in the roof and there is damage to the wall near the window, however we are pursuing this with the estate agent and the landlord.
