I am looking for someone to take over the contract for my room as soon as possible until the end of August.
The room is a large en suite, with a double bed, plenty of space and storage. Entire plat finished to an extremely high standard. Shared living facility cleaning also provided.
The room is situated in The Boulevard, owned by Unite students and is 10 minutes walk from University of York. 15 minutes walk from the city centre. On a main road with a bus stop right outside.
In the flat are six rooms each with lovely students both male and female mixed ages from 19-26. Very clean lovely flatmates.
