House share with En-suite bathroom. Available from 13th Oct 2020.

A clean, respectful, friendly, quiet household looking for a new house mate either male or female to join two busy working professionals (one male one female).
The house is on the number 6 bus route, near to restaurants and 24hr Tesco and has plenty of parking (driveway/street).
It has a south facing garden and a veranda. Large kitchen with dishwasher and 2 large fridge freezers so there is plenty of space.
The room itself is a small double which has 2 large built in double wardrobes. It also has its own private bathroom with a bath and a power shower.

All Bills are included (inc super fast fibre broadband and TalkTalk TV pack).

It's really important to get the right person to fit in, so it would be good if you could email and tell us a little about yourself and I can answer any questions you have and then arrange a viewing. Also important that you don't mind contributing to the cleaning of the house.
