The house is located 15 minutes walk from the City Centre, York train station and Bishopthorpe Rd. The Knavesmire, Racecourse, a pub, corner shop, bakery, and hairdressers are all only metres away. Sainsburys and Tesco are a 10-minute walk and 5-minute drive away respectively. On-street parking is free, there is a lock-up shed for bikes and a private sunny rear courtyard.
