A room in spacious 5 bed on Abbotsford Road

Unfortunately, I’m dropping out of uni. Therefore, my flat mates are looking for a replacement tenant for the house we have signed for next year.
If you haven’t sorted your accommodation for next year, this is a great opportunity to do so. We signed the house in November and as a result were lucky enough to be able to take our pick.
It’s a spacious 5 bed on Abbotsford Road. All rooms contain a double bed, a desk and storage space. There is also a large living area, which leads onto a large garden. Furthermore, there is plenty of room for parking at the front of the house if required.
The house is in a great location. It is surrounded by local amenities and is close to both the uni and town, which are easily walkable.
The others (2 boys and 2 girls who are all currently in first year) are all great to live with.
It costs £99 per week, which includes all bills! The contract is 12 months and starts from 04/07/2017.
