We currently have available a spacious room in a four bedroom house, costing only £245 per month including council tax. The house itself is positioned within a quiet neighbourhood, but remains very close to the town centre and a very short walk to the local shops. The house also comes with ample parking facilities and a garden area ideal for bike storage or barbeques.

The house is fully furnished, boasting a spacious communal living area with TV and fireplace. The kitchen comes fitted with all the necessary amenities, including gas hobs, washing machine, plenty of cupboard space, and a dishwasher. There's plenty of shared cutlery and dishes that you would be welcome to use or bring your own if you would prefer. we have just had virgin fibre internet installed and currently have an internet speed of just under 100 mbps which is great for online gaming. one of our current housemates has a roku stick which is free to use and has netflix, nowtv and amazonprime on it.
